The Junior School are running a Mental Health Awareness Week from Monday 22 – Friday 26 May 2023, which includes events for students and parents.
Nationally, this year there is a focus on ‘anxiety’ and our student talks and workshops will touch on this, as well as mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
We would like to invite parents to a ‘yoga’ session at 8.45 am on Friday 26 May, with healthy snacks to follow, as an opportunity for many of you to get together and take the chance to focus on your own well-being and celebrate this special week with us.
