PE Kit

To ensure that children are wearing the correct clothing to take part safely and effectively in sport we ask them to wear the following clothes on their PE days (younger years) or to wear a St Chris PE kit (from Year 3 in the Junior School onwards).

Nursery to Year 2

Students in these year groups do not need to purchase a St Chris PE kit. However, they will need the following:

• Shorts (navy without loops, pockets or a belt)
• White T shirt
• Sports trainers (not fashion trainers or plimsoles) that children can put on and take off themselves 
• Navy sweatshirt and tracksuit bottoms for colder days
• Swimsuit/trunks, swim hat and towel, optional goggles

Years 3 to 13

All students require a St Chris PE Kit which can be bought online from our suppliers SWI. Please visit the SWI online shop here.

• 2 x white Performance S.S. Training Tops (female & male fits available)
• 1 x navy Performance Tracksuit Top (female full zip or male 1/4 zip) OR a Pro Tec rugby top (female/male fits)
• 1 x navy Performance Training Pants OR leggings (female fit) 
• 1 x navy Performance Training Shorts (female/male fits) OR skort (female fit)
• 1 x pair Performance Coolmax Socks (or students can wear their own navy blue socks) 
• 1 x Base Layer (a plain white version is available on the website, or students can wear their own)

Additional items which can be purchased and worn depending on the weather include: 

• 1 x Performance Rain Jacket

Students will also need the following:

• 1 x pair of trainers/astros (providing adequate traction/support for inside/outside use)
• 1 x pair of football boots (no metal studs)
• 1 x pair of shin pads
• 1 x gum shield 
• 1 x black single piece swimsuit or trunks (Trunks can be “Speedos”, Jammers or looser shorts which finish above the knee. No board shorts please)
• Swimsuits should be one piece and can be styles such as razor, atom or t-back, hydrasuits, or legsuits to the knee
• 1 x swim hat (preferably silicone; students source their own or they can be bought at the pool) and a towel and goggles

Students should wear the official school PE kit when representing St Chris during fixtures. Please ensure all PE kit items are named.
