Our Sixth Formers actively participate in leadership development trips, where they navigate challenges, make decisions, and collaboratively solve problems. As a School, we work closely with World Challenge, which encourages students to fundraise and take on extra responsibilities within their team. On the run up to these trips, Sixth Form students take part in expedition days where they complete teambuilding exercised and support their peers ahead of their trip.
