We understand that parents and families lead busy lives and are often juggling work commitments with school drop-offs and pick-ups.
To support busy lives we offer before and after-school Wraparound Care for Junior School students from the Nursery to Year 6.
Our Wraparound Care provides a homely, relaxing, and enjoyable environment at the start and end of the school day, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for both students and parents. Your child can enjoy a safe and nurturing space, allowing you to balance your daily schedule with ease.
Our Wraparound Care program is designed to cater to the unique needs of our Junior School students and their families. Children can unwind or engage in constructive activities which change with the seasons, allowing your child to transition smoothly into and out of their school day.
Wraparound Care Options
Breakfast Club
7.30 to 8.00am
Breakfast Club is available five mornings a week from 7.30 to 8.00am and includes a hot or continental breakfast. Children can attend as many or as few mornings per week as you wish, subject to availability.
Breakfast Club needs to be booked in advance.
Morning Care
8.00 to 8.30am
All children can be dropped off between 8.00 and 8.30am in the Nursery or Junior School to enable a flexible start to the day for parents. The school day starts at 8.30am. There is no additional charge for Morning Care and no need to book.
After School Care
3.20 to 6.30pm
Junior School and Early Years children can join After School Care from the end of the day until 6.30pm, in 30-minute slots.
At the end of the school day, or after they have taken part in their after-school club, children are taken to the After School Care room, where they take part in supervised activities. Older children can work on their homework in a quiet atmosphere.
On arrival, children are offered a healthy snack and a drink. Children who stay between 5.30 and 6.30pm are accompanied to the Dining Hall (IG) in the Senior School for dinner.
Please note, children booked on a school bus attend After School Care between 3.20pm and the departure time of the bus without charge.
After School Care needs to be booked in advance.
Children can attend as many or as few sessions per week as you wish, subject to availability.
Those with a sibling in the Senior School can come to After School Care from 3.20pm - 4.00pm at no additional charge.

Wraparound Care for pupils in the Nursery and Junior School needs to be booked in advance with the Junior School Office.

Children can join the Nursery from the term they turn 3. As part of our School, the St Chris Nursery operates during term-time and we have a range of different sessions available for families:
In the Junior School, we welcome new students throughout the year from the ages of 5 to 11 years old. The main entry points in the Junior School are Reception, Year 3 and Year 5 and our admissions process can be found below:
Students can join the Senior School from Years 7 to Year 10 (ages 11 to 15). The main entry points are Year 7 and Year 9. View our admissions process below:
Students can join the Sixth Form in Year 12 (ages 16-17) and applications are encouraged by November in the year previous to enrolment to ensure subject availability:
