Our pastoral approach for our youngest learners is entirely holistic; focusing on the development of emotional regulation, communication skills and relationship building. Our youngest learners will build connections with our entire St Chris Nursery team but are catered for in groups supervised by a member of staff. This allows students to engage in imaginative and self-led play and feel supported emotionally during their time in the Nursery.
Having children and adults working collaboratively in a mutually supportive, respectful, open and kind community, means that all our children can thrive – personally, socially and academically.
