So, where will your journey begin?
All Through School, One Community
St Chris students enjoy a co-educational all-through education, supported by our ethos and values. Young people can join St Chris from the Nursery at age 3 through to Sixth Form.
Commuting from St Albans will give your child an added sense of independence, while our collaborative co-curricular approaches encourages relationships to be formed across different year groups. This year alone, students in the Senior School and Sixth Form have thrown themselves into new activities which benefit either themselves, the wider community, or the school. These have included car maintenance, a student media team, visiting a local care home, football, recycled fashion and debate.
Existing parents enjoy St Chris' commitment to individualised learning for each and every student regardless of their abilities or interests. In practise, this means students can be supported with appropriate stretch, challenge, or support in the right way at the right time. Once you've visited, you'll understand that our School isn't just looking for great academic results. Life at St Chris is something bigger - almost intangibly happy and supportive - where students can achieve without sacrifices. We are committed to keeping GCSE, A level and Level 3 Diploma study options unrestricted so that students can strike a balance that suits their abilities, career goals and interests. Many students will still seek to study a broad range of subjects, while others may opt to complete three Art A levels. What matters is that the choice and autonomy is owned by our students.
