We encourage an open and transparent environment at St Chris, and often an honest discussion of issues results in positive outcomes, without the need for formal procedures. However, we do have an official complaints procedure, which can be found on our website: www.stchris.co.uk. All complaints are carefully considered and it is usually helpful to discuss at an early stage the issue itself, as well as our procedures and the possible outcome. In the first instance, please contact the Head, Rich Jones – head@stchris.co.uk. The School’s Governors may be contacted in confidence.
